Augustine Paapa Sagoe is the founding principal of Palena Gardens. With decades of experience in organizational consultancy and group relations, he brings systems psychodynamic insight to leaders and institutions across West Africa and internationally.
His work centres on enabling leaders to navigate complexity, understand unconscious organizational dynamics, and foster cultures of reflective practice. He is widely regarded as one of Ghana's foremost practitioners in the field of Group Relations.
Hospitality Lead & Director
Helena Sagoe oversees the hospitality operations at Palena Gardens, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest standards of comfort and care.
Her leadership at the Anaji site has established it as a trusted name in Takoradi's hospitality landscape, known for reliability, warmth, and an unwavering attention to detail that transforms a stay into a genuine experience of Ghanaian welcome.
